I don’t now start this story, once upon a time I stay in mi house playing videogames and I saw my cellphone for surprise, one friend send me on email , this email say OFFER in amazon, I think to buy this watch, I love it, I buy the white watch, this is my friend.

I will walk for long time next to him, he warn my time and he warn my date, this color is beautiful, this form is round and this material is sapphire, remember one day  you and me in the beach playing with waves, good memories for this time,

One day I was played soccer with my friends, one person get closer for me and he said this watch is my “this is a thief”  and  pity today I cry for you, I lost.

Dear water bottle,

I don´t know where to star, when I got you the first time, I never thought the place you would take always in my life. You are really very special to me, you have been incondicional with me, you have always this liquid so valuable available to me…the water!!!

You have been beside me, in the happiest moments and the saddest days, you have traveled with me to many places, you have gone to my class and I believe you wonder    “ What do I do here?” “ Why I am learning to design clothes or a new lenguaje? But in spite of this you stay beside me.

Dear hair,

Today, I decide to write you because I thing that is time to make things clear. I have dealt with you since I was 7 and mom give up on you. We've been through good and bad times, I always trying you're well and you always insist on making me look bad, that’s why I want to tell you a couple things.

First, you should be aware that if you look bad I'm going to look bad, and if I look good you are going to look amazing, we need each other, so please, can you stop acting so rebel when I have to see someone or going to an event. I mean, I know that you can’t be pretty all the time but i would like to know why you insist so much on looking good just when it's time to go to sleep or take a shower and not when I really need it.

Second, I spent a lot of money and time trying to guarantee your wellness but it seems you don’t care at all, nothing seems to work. You just entangle every time you want to, you get stuck on my zippers and you break up without reason.

That’s why I hate you, but I have to admit that I love you. I love  when your frizzy are exactly as I want, love you because you are versatile enough to have thin, thick, long or short frizzy, which change with the weather and you may have three types of frizzy on the same day.

OPEN LETTER 

(Approach: A piece of constructive criticism to a local politician)

Mr. Major,

Most of us the citizens of Cali, voted for you hoping for a change in the way this city has been governed. There's been three months and any positive change is shown: the state of streets is terrible, according to the press the progress that had been achieved in traffic has declined, citizens still feel unsafe especially at night hours.

One important problem that requires a fast solution is transportation. The Mio which is larger than the old buses, has air conditioner and their own corridors, was supposed to be the answer. And it was half solution, but we’re still missing greater coverage, more buses. If your government is not looking for that urgent solution, it is possible that a crisis come, such as is happening now with Transmilenio in Bogota.
  

A second stage of mega projects has been informed. While the first stage positively changed the look of the city, we thought before starting another, the priority should be a plan to improve roads. Although the last mayor made mistakes, we must recognize some good aspects like: recovered a sense of belonging to Cali, have improved the finances of the city and have put order in transit. Now there is a feeling about the situation in the city, that didn’t continue to stabilize, but instead has taken a step back.

On the one hand we citizens are too passive: we simply criticize the rulers and not take actions to make them do their duty. And on the other hand, we all know that politicians promise too much and once they’re elected, they easily forget their promises. As in the fragment in Alice Through the Looking Glass by Lewis Carroll:

To start, I want to tell you about my experiencie reading the Horoscope. I like it, I mean I read it for entertainment and as a distraction, it is not like i believe in what it says that is going to happen in the future, or  because I need some sort of advice, it is not like that.

First of all I read the short versions in the social media or in the news paper, rarely sometimes I read the long articles but i don't spend my time on that.

I'm scorpion by the way and I admit that I also read it because sometimes I would like to be a little bit more like the personality of scorpion is described in the Horoscope, so that it is another reason. It's just that I like so much scorpion, is described so awesome.

But the point is that I don't understand how do people believe in astrology with such of strong manner, leaving aside the fact that the astrology has been rejected by the scientific community as having no explanatory power for describing the universe. Acting or proceeding the way the horoscope tells you it is unreasonable.

Doing that, you don't allow yourself  to make you own decisions and think what is best for you and all of that. Sorry I just don`t get it.

AN OPEN LETTER TO COLOMBIAN PEOPLE

Dear Colombian people

Our Country is consider like one of the happiest of the world, paradoxically, our country isn't the most optimistic and hope in the economy is down... But yes! We are happy and it's so true! We always are smiling and laughing with our friends, families in whatever place, and so on.  But I don't understand why a lot of compatriots got used to live of begging on the street? Why everyday just critic to the government and everything bad that happens is fault of the government and say:  what more we can to do? This is the life that got me!

Nooo! it's a shame that they don't look the lucky that we have of be Colombians, we are so imaginable and innovative nature if we don't have a work we invent it, if we don't know something we invent it, and what say if others challenges us? We make the impossible in order to show that we can do it. Our country is so rich in biodiversity, water, fossil resource, beautiful stones and flowers and so on. But “we are a poor country”. While countries like Japan, Switzerland, Ireland and other with small territory and natural resources are world powers.

So why our country been so rich in people and natural resource, it's such a poor country?

May be that we are become in lazy people who like us the easy things and with little effort, may be that our rulers are selfish and only think about them or may be that the illegal drug trade in Colombia  made a mental harm in us, who makes that we think that the goals are get in short time and with little effort but whatever that have the fault  Where there's a will there’s a way and  we have the obligation of  wake up and to know who main our wealth  is our people, our virtues and skills and convert our beautiful country in a world power is our duty.
